**Dahyun opened the door and saw Chaeng already sitting at the back, reading her notes.**

**Chaeng instantly raised her head to see who opened the van.**

Dahyun: Bro! Wazzup? You're early today, huh?

Chaeng: Yeah! Didn't expect it, too, bro.

**She chuckled.**

**Dahyun hopped in and sat at the left seat while Tzuyu sat near the door--- in front of Chaeng.**

**The car moved after Tzuyu closed the door, driving to their school.**

Tzuyu: Didn't hear your alarm chimed earlier.

Chaeng: Ah, yeah! I got up at five. Mina woke me up.

Dahyun: Really? I thought I was only dreaming when I saw her earlier. Didn't think she's real.

Tzuyu: Why did she wake you up?

Chaeng: 'Cause I told her I might get up late since we came home late last night. Then she promised me she'll wake me up to make sure I'll go to school on time.

Tzuyu: But I always wake you up on time.

Chaeng: Yeah! Yeah! That's her point. She thought that maybe you should sleep a little longer instead of getting up early to wake me up.

Tzuyu: I'm not complaining, though.

Chaeng: I know.

Dahyun: I think what Mina wants to say is, you both need your sleep and if you wake up earlier than Chaeyoung, it means sacrificing your own desire to sleep a little longer.

**Dahyun butted in.**

Chaeng: Exactly!

Tzuyu: Oh! Okay! Do you think I need to give something to Mina later for understanding me?

Chaeng: Hey! Why does it sound like I'm disturbing everyone?

**Dahyun and Tzuyu stared at each other---deadpan. Then burst into laughter after a second.**

Dahyun: Anyway, I heard you lost to Mina the other night that's why you two went out before lunch yesterday.

Tzuyu: Lost with what?

**Chaeng chuckled nervously. Scared that they might ask questions about her and Mina's whereabout yesterday and that she might answer it without Mina's permission.**

**Shit! I'm so paranoid. She thought.**

Chaeng: Ah, that. You know that zombie game I always play?

Tzuyu: Uh-huh!

Chaeng: We had a bet on that. I mean, whoever loses will treat the winner to lunch or dinner, and unfortunately, I lose.**

Dahyun: You lose? How did it happen? You've mastered that game already.

Chaeng: I know! I know! I don't know, too. It just happened.

**Then Dahyun and Tzuyu tilted their body towards Chaeng. Tzuyu with her left brow up, and Dahyun with a mocking smile.**

Dahyun: You don't need to explain anything. We know that already.

**Know what? Shit! Don't tell me they already know what Jihyo and Jeongyeon know? She thought.**

**She chuckled again. But this time, her nervousness becomes more obvious. Her throat is dryer than before.**

Chaeng: Know what?

Tzuyu: Know that you always get distracted whenever you see her. Whenever she looks at you.

Chaeng: Wha—what?

Dahyun: Oh, come on, bro! Do you think we don't know? We're living on the same roof for quite some time now, do you think we won't notice?

**Shit! Does everybody know already? Jeong said they might not know it yet, but now what's this? And.. is it really that obvious?**

Tzuyu: I think you two will look good together.

**Then the two went back to sitting up straight.**

Dahyun: I think so, too.

**Chaeyoung is still bothered as to how they knew about it.**

Chaeng: How... how did you know about that? Am I really obvious?

**Dahyun laughed.**

Dahyun: Brow, among us eight living with you, the only person you can't speak with is her. And come on, you think we won't notice how you steal glances at her? Not me, bro. Not us!

Chaeng: But Mina said I'm hard to read. If you could read my actions, why can't she?

Tzuyu: I think what she meant is, you ignore her most of the time. Like she does something to you, but you give her cold treatment.

Dahyun: Yeah! Yeah! I agree with that. There's this one time, she gave you something, then you just said, 'Thanks', then turned your back at her. Shocks! Bro! That's so mean!

Tzuyu: So mean.

**Chaeng slouched on her seat, feeling guilty with how she treated Mina before because she's afraid that she'll notice how she likes her.**

**I need to apologize to her later, and that's a must. She thought.**

Chaeng: I didn't mean that, though.

**She mumbled.**

Chaeng: Gosh! I tried my best to hide it from you guys, yet you all still noticed it? Did you just guys talk about us behind our backs?

**Dahyun laughed again.**

Dahyun: Sort of. I mean, we just talked about why you act like this and that whenever Mina's around, and why Mina stares at you longer than she should. Something like that.

Chaeng: Then you came up with all these conclusions? That I like her?

Dahyun: Hmm... yeah?

**Chaeng didn't say a word again. Everything seemed to spin inside her head. Then she heard Dahyun spoke again.**

Dahyun: Does that mean you didn't notice how much Mina stares at you? Or you're just pretending you don't see it?

Chaeng: I honestly don't I always thought she's too feminine to like a girl. No hint that she might find girls attractive.

Dahyun: Hmm... I can't blame you for that. I also didn't notice her. I mean, until they talked about you two. Well, no one's against it thought. We even all think you two look good together. Right, Tzuyu?

Tzuyu: Yeah! That's what I've already said earlier.

**Dahyun slumped on her seat.**

Dahyun: Sorry. Tzuyu for repeating what you said earlier.

Tzuyu: Ah! That's fine!

Dahyun: Anyway, since you now know that we all know about it, what's your plan? Are you going to make a move now?

Tzuyu: Shouldn't we ask her about what they did yesterday and where they went?

Dahyun: Nah! We'll leave that thing to them. I bet Chaeng is still savoring that moment.

Tzuyu: Hmm... But I want to know if they held hands or kiss after saying goodnight.

**Chaeyoung got the strength to interrupt them.**

Chaeng: It's not a date, guys! We went out because I lose, which means it's not a date.

**Dahyun and Tzuyu turned their head towards Chaeng in unison.**

Dahyun: We bet your head kept on screaming that you just had a date with Mina. So don't convince us with something you don't think about. But, yeah...

**Dahyun leaned closer to Chaeng to ask her something.**

Dahyun: Did you two... you know... had a goodnight kiss last night?

Chaeng: Nooooooo!

**And it's true, they didn't, though Chaeng was dying to ask Mina about it when they reached their door last night. But then decided to end it with a smile, instead.**
