[eBook] Crush On You Ep. 12 - (A MiChaeng FF Story)

**It's already eleven yet Mina still couldn't find the right position to sleep, so she decided to check if Chaeng is still in the living room writing her school paper.**

**She got out of the room and see a sliver of light coming out from where Chaeyoung is. Then she smiled. Maybe she needs something to nibble. She thought.**

**She carried with her several cookies in a bowl, and two glasses of orange juice. She'll join her for a while, so she won't feel tired and alone.**

**But to her surprise, Chaeng was already asleep. Half body almost lying on their coffee table, left arm used as her pillow, and only exposing the right side of her profile.**

**Mina walked towards Chaeng and sat down beside her before she rested the tray on the floor.**

**She put her hand on Chaeng's shoulder and caressed it before she spoke.**

Mina: Chaeng? Are you done with your paper?

**Chaeng didn't seem to feel and hear her.**

Mina: Chaeng. Are you done already?

**She repeated.**

**Chaeng half-opened her eyes, thinking if she's just dreaming or what. But when she saw Mina sitting next to her, she immediately sat up straight.**

Chaeng: Shit! I fall asleep. I'm not yet done.

**She struggled to retrieve her phone at the other side of the table because her reflexes were still adjusting from being in her dreamland and sitting in the living room.**

Mina: You still have a lot to write?

**Eleven-fifteen on her phone. She put it down and faced Mina.**

Chaeng: Not really. Just a couple of paragraphs more and I'm done. I guess my eyes gave in several minutes ago, and I didn't notice I've already fallen asleep.

Mina: Why don't you eat something first? I prepared this for you.

**Mina picked up the tray beside her and placed it in front of them.**

**Chaeng smiled, couldn't hide how this sweet gesture makes her giddy.**

Chaeng: Wow!

**She said before she picked up the cookie and took a bite.**

Mina: Why?

Chaeng: Hmm... Nothing. It's just, I'm surprised to see you here, and... it's the first time someone brought me something like this.

**Mina smirked, feeling proud about the thing she did for Chaeng.**

**Well, earlier this morning she cooked for her.**

Mina: So, should I leave now, so you could concentrate and finish your paper?

Chaeng: Oh, no! No! I don't mind if you're here. I mean, that is if you're not sleepy yet.

Mina: I'm not. But is it really okay? Am I not going to be a distraction to you?

Chaeng: Might be, but... I feel better when you're around.

**Mina giggled. She exactly knows what Chaeng meant about that.**

Mina: So, it's a holiday next week. Are you going home?

Chaeng: Hmm... yeah! Mom actually reminded me about that the other day. She said she'll expect me to stay at home since I'm always out, working, and studying.

**Mina pressed her lips and pretended she's okay, and that she won't miss her even if it's just for a few days.**

**Chaeng noticed it and felt guilty about leaving her. Well, it always happens to Mina during holidays, staying at the dorm, alone. But this time, it feels different for Chaeng. She feels it's her responsibility now to be with her, all the time.**

Chaeng: Why don't you... join me, instead? I mean, let's spend the holiday at our house?

Mina: Oh! Are we introducing each other to our family now?

**Chaeng chuckled.**

Chaeng: Hmm... well... it will happen sooner or later, right? Why not take this opportunity?

Mina: I thought we're going to take everything slowly.

Chaeng: We are. Well, if you're not ready to spend time with my family yet, I understand.

Mina: The thing is, I'd love to. But do you think it's okay? I mean...

Chaeng: My mom's cool. There are things I don't tell her, but she gets it, and she's cool about it. Well, as long as it doesn't hurt me.

Mina: Aren't you afraid that she'll get what's going on between us if you bring me home next week?

Chaeng: No. I mean, as I've said, she's cool. She might ask me several questions, but I don't think she'll stop me or us.

Mina: Wow! I don't know if mom and dad would have the same reaction if they'll know that there's something between us.

**Chaeng understands it. She doesn't even plan to press Mina about it if in case they make this thing official sooner.**

Chaeng: Well, remember, we'll take everything slowly? let's not push it in a hard way. If it happens, then it happens. What's important is, I see you every day and we spend our time like this.

Mina: But I know at some point, you'll wish to meet my parents as someone special to me, and not just as a friend.

Chaeng: Maybe it will come to that point. But hey, I do understand it's not an easy thing. We're not in a normal hetero relationship that you can flaunt your girlfriend or boyfriend to the public that easily.

**Mina suddenly felt better. At least she now knows that Chaeng will understand it if it will take her a while before she'll introduce her to her family.**

Mina: Hmm... how long are we going to stay at your house next week?

Chaeng: Aah! Are you saying yes to my invitation now?

**Mina pouted.**

Mina: I guess so?

Chaeng: Yeeeeey!

**Mina squished her eyes and finished her orange juice.**

Mina: Why not finish your paper now? I'll just sit here and play, okay?

Chaeng: All right!

**Chaeng opened her laptop and continued what she was writing before she fell asleep, while Mina diverted her attention at browsing her phone.**

**Mina couldn't control herself from peeking at Chaeng and smiling afterward.**

**She's so whipped by her cuteness, and no matter how much she diverts her attention from the view on her phone's screen, her eyes still go back to this little cub who captured her heart.**

Mina: Aah! I can't do this anymore.

**Chaeng flinched with Mina's sudden words.**

Chaeng: Are you okay?

Mina: Hmm... I'm not.

**Then she abruptly hunched a little to reach Chaeng's lips.**

**Their lips touched for a second. Then she pulled away, embarrassed with her impulsiveness.**

**Shit! First kiss shouldn't be like this. It should be slow and sweet, and not like this---sudden and quick. Mina thought.**

**But in her surprise, Chaeng moved as fast as lightning and placed her lips back to hers.**

**It wasn't as quick as Mina did because Chaeng let her lips stayed there until she felt Mina kissed her back.**

**It was better than the first one, but still not as romantic as Mina pictured it in her head. What makes it worst is when Chaeng lost her balance and accidentally sets her hand on the tray with their glasses, which startled them both.**

**Mina covered her mouth after hearing the glasses broke the silence, and Chaeng abruptly plopped backward and chuckled.**

Chaeng: That was bad.

**Then they both laughed.**
